Living Medicine: Whole Body Package
This award-winning five-day course, spread over 2025 is for anyone interested in healing plants and foods, health, gardening or working with communities. It includes discussion, tasting and identifying healing plants, practical remedy making and assessing your own health and diet. It’s about the pleasure of sharing knowledge, growing, eating, drinking, and turning that plant into a simple remedy! Book the whole course for a 15% discount.

Here is the order of the five courses being held at the Chelsea Physic Garden in 2025:
Living Medicine: Self-Care Basics - Sunday 2 March, 10:15am – 4:30pm
Living Medicine: Digestive Discomforts - Sunday 11 May, 10:15am – 4:30pm
Living Medicine: Sleep, Anxiety and Fatigue - Sunday 6 July, 10:15am – 4:30pm
Living Medicine: Skin and First Aid - Sunday 7 September, 10:15am – 4:30pm
Living Medicine: Coughs, Cold and Allergies - Sunday 2 November, 10:15am – 4:30pm
You are welcome to come prior to the event to explore the Garden or enjoy the Physic Garden Café
These events will take place at the Garden and in our Learning Classroom space and will go ahead whatever the weather. You should dress appropriately for the Great British weather. Please bring your own apron if you wish.
The ticket includes entry to the Garden, lunch, handouts, and a remedy to take home for each course.
When you arrive:
- Please have your ticket ready - printed or on your device - before you arrive.
- Entrance will be via 66 Royal Hospital Road.

Please note:
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and must remain under close supervision as there is deep water and numerous poisonous plants.
Registered support dogs are welcome in the Garden, no other pets are allowed.
Unfortunately we cannot look after your luggage and we don't have any cloakroom facilities at the Garden.
There are a couple of council bike racks on Royal Hospital Road, unfortunately we do not have racks in the Garden due to lack of space and we can't look after your bicycle for you.
