Champagne House Tours

Over the years Ashridge House has been home to monks and monarchs, lords and ladies, and even hospital patients! Now you have the chance to wander the historic hallways and learn about its fascinating story.

Your knowledgeable tour guide will take you on a journey from the Main Hall to the Well House, covering 730 years of rich history along the way. Starting with the monastic period, through the years as a royal household and stately home, then finishing with an overview of its modern history through the war years and finally its current life as an international business school.

The house tour will finish with free time in the private gardens at Ashridge House where you will be able to explore our beautiful gardens and parkland designed by Humphry Repton.

*Please note that for the tours on 1st September, £10 from each ticket will be donated to the Hospice of St Francis as it's the same day as their annual Garden Party.
