Dave Hemmingway ( Of The Beautiful South ) and his erstwhile south colleague, Phill Burton along with Kenny Grant put together a new set of songs back in 2019. Blending musical genres with great intelligent lyrics in the way Dave has always been famous for, 2020 saw them record and release their debutalbum with Marc Parnell, Laura Wilcockson, Alex Keen and Teo Miller called COOL TO BE KIND...... And so SUNBIRDS
were born.
