Children 12 and under are free with an adult ticket holder aged 18 or over. All under-16s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder aged 18 or over who must remain on site throughout the Event as the under-16-year-old's guardian. No unaccompanied under 16s are allowed on site.

There is a ticket limit of 6 tickets per person, per address and per credit card on this event. Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their order(s) and tickets cancelled without prior notice by the Ticket Agent in its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

It is prohibited to resell tickets for the Event, except where resold using the official resale platform of the official ticket agent you purchased from, in accordance with the relevant ticket agent's resale terms and conditions. Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be rendered invalid and admission refused. Tickets must be valid, presented in full according to the authorised agents delivery methods and not altered or tampered with.

There is strictly no re-admission.

These events are big-bag free. Only bags smaller than a sheet of A4 paper will be permitted. People without bags will get in quicker.

We welcome guests who are D/deaf or have a disability and we are working harder than ever to make the show as accessible as possible for everyone.
Companion Tickets - We operate a companion ticket scheme for eligible customers. If you'd like to apply for this, please do not book a ticket for your companion as this will not be refunded if they are approved for a companion ticket.
Accessibility Facilities - can include accessible toilets, companion tickets, a viewing platform, BSL Interpreting Services. Check the Access Page on the relevant event for more information on specific services provided at each show.
