The amazing story & solo tribute to the voice of The Four Seasons by Stephen James

Introducing The Frankie Valli Story -  A One-Man "Jersey Boys" style show, brilliantly sewn together chronologically by an American narrator, aided cleverly by video projection, which forms a back drop to the whole show.

The show spands three decades of music, telling the story of the struggle Frankie Valli faced before his sudden rise to fame in 1962 with The Four Seasons, the domination of the 60's charts with three consecutive No.1 singles, the fling with the northern soul and motown scene, right through to the 70's worldwide million selling album "Who Loves You".

The show features all of the hits of Frankie Valli both as a solo and as part of The Four Seasons, including:
Sherry
Big Girls Dont Cry
Walk Like A Man
Dawn
Ragdoll
Working My Way Back To You
Lets Hang On
The Sun Aint Gonna Shine Anymore
Bye Bye Baby
Silence Is Golden
Beggin
Cant Take My Eyes Off You
My Eyes Adored You
Who Loves You (pretty baby)
December 63 (Oh What A Night)
Grease (Is The Word)

The star, writer, producer, choreographer and only member of the show is the super talented Stephen James, who really is the nearest to Frankie Valli as you are ever likely to hear, re-creating Valli's trademark falsetto and New Jersey accent with absolute perfection.
In the music business for nearly 15 years, prior to creating TFVS, Stephen has been involved with many sucessful songwriters and producers. In 2003 he was managed by Paul Kennedy at Biglife Records in London, who boast successes with The Verve, Badly Drawn Boy, De La Soul, Mark Morrison, Lisa Stansfield and Shola Ama, to name a few. During this time he worked with Rod Gammon (producer for Liberty X, Rick Astley), Rik Wilde (Kim Wilde's brother and writer of Kids In America), Connor Reeves (singer/songwriter, had big album in late 90's with Earthbound) and Nicole Formescu (one of the various songwriters for Blue and also the mother of Jimmy Ruffin's granddaughter)), to name a few. He was also dubbed The Brummy Gary Barlow by Take Thats original manager Nigel Martin Smith, a title that he jokingly says he wasn't too sure about at the time, but one that he has now come to accept as a massive compliment. He also has some TV work on his CV, for his performance on BBC1's "Star For A Night" with Jane McDonald, the same show that made Joss Stone famous. Stephens talent speaks for itself, and he has definitely found his niche in The Frankie Valli Story. Stephen James IS the word!

Whether your a hard-core Frankie Valli fan, like to be thoroughly entertained, or just appreciate a superb vocalist when you hear one, The Frankie Valli Story is guaranteed to leave you dancing your way home and "Beggin" for more!...Oh What A Night!
