More information about Diversity tickets

Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult of 18 or older.
For standing shows, our recommendation is that children under the age of 14
should not purchase standing tickets and enter the standing floor area, and
any children aged 15 or 16 can enter the standing floor area but should be
accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

The NIA is situated on King Edwards Road, the postcode for sat-nav users is
B1 2AA.

As travel to and from the venue is such an important part of the overall
experience, you may prefer, where possible, to use public transport.

However, is you decide to travel, we strongly recommend that you allow plenty
of time for your journey, in order to arrive at the venue for the "doors open"
time printed on your ticket.

If travelling by car, there is limited pay and display parking available at the
venue. Alternative car parking facilities, within walking distance of the venue,
are located as follows:

Brindley Place - access via Sheepcote Street
Brindley Place - access via Cambridge Street
Civic Centre - access via Cambridge Street

Please refer to the enclosed ticket wallet for a map of the car park locations.

If you are travelling by train, Birmingham's New Street and Snow Hill stations
are only 10 minutes away from the venue.

When are the tickets going to be sent out? I booked a while back and haven't heard anything. Will they arrive by post or by e-mail?
