Beginning life as a side project in rural Wales, Clockwork Radio have since explored half of Europe, playing anywhere from rooftops to boats and festival stages. Their engagement with the audience and their intense live presence have become cornerstones of the band's live performance.

Sculpting their own brand of alternative rock whilst on the road, the band self-released 4 EPs over a two year period, collaborating with artists Agnes Cecile (Italy) and Juan Carlos Riviera (Spain) on artwork and videos. Tracks from the EPs have been quickly picked up by BBC Radio One, BBC6 Music, XFM, Q and NME radio stations.

As an independent band on the road, Clockwork Radio have been grateful for the hospitality of strangers and fans, affirming the importance of community in order to survive whilst on tour. It's these experiences that have shaped the band's sound and vision, realising that the connection between the band and the audience is the most important part of playing music.

"When you're on tour, you soon realise how important the groove and the melody is, and how it connects people. You can't fake that, and the songs have to be honest otherwise people switch off. It's the human side of it that draws people in because they know it's real and I think that's the biggest lesson we've learnt on tour." Dan Wiebe (percussion and vocals)

In late 2013 the four piece recorded their debut album 'No Man Is An Island' over two days in December in Manchester's 80 Hertz Studios. The album sees the band take a completely new approach to the way they record, taking a snapshot of their live sound, capturing the character of their live shows.

"The idea for the album was to have a live, raw and honest record of where we are as a band. It seemed out of place and quite strange to record like this considering how most music is recorded and sounds recently, but to us it’s what makes music special and honest." Rich Williams (singer and guitarist).

Tree Of Wolves are a new 5 piece from Carmarthen that have recorded 2 singles with John Lawrence (Gorky’s Zygotic Mynci) in his north Wales studio, played nationwide tours and were selected in Western Mail’s top 50 welsh records of 2013.

"Breath-taking stuff" - Right Chord Music

"From start to end this EP is refreshing, there’s nothing like this out there at the moment, I love music that has soul and this EP is full of it. This guy is class and you’d be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t check him out!" - Music From Rainy Skies Magazine
